Guest access:

Guests will have exclusive access to The Emerald Olive, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, including the entire home, all living spaces, and outdoor areas.

• Parking: The property offers parking for one vehicle in the garage and two additional vehicles on the driveway, providing ample space for your group.

• Beach Gear & Bikes: The garage is equipped with an organized gear wall featuring Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, sandcastle toys, boogie boards, beach wagons, and pool toys. We kindly ask that the five beach cruisers be stored in the garage when not in use to keep them secure and in excellent condition.

Located less than half a mile away, guests can safely cross to Highway 30A using the new Highway 98 Underpass. This pedestrian- and bike-friendly tunnel near The Donut Hole in Inlet Beach features stunning murals and sculptures, creating a scenic and safe route to Rosemary Beach and nearby attractions.

Guests can relax on multiple balconies with comfortable seating or enjoy outdoor dining on the grill, perfect for family meals while taking in the serene surroundings.

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM to allow ample time for our professional cleaning team to prepare the home for the next guests. We appreciate your understanding!

• Nightly Minimums: Minimum stay requirements vary by season to enhance your 30A experience:

• Peak season (spring & summer) – A 5-night minimum applies to allow guests to fully enjoy their time on 30A.

• Low season (fall & winter) – A 3-night minimum is available for a quick beach getaway.

• Smoking & Occupancy: The Emerald Olive is a 100% smoke-free home. Maximum occupancy limits are in place to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

• Age Requirement: The primary renter must be 25 years or older, and any guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Guests Love: Gathering around the grill for alfresco dining or unwinding with a glass of wine on the rooftop terrace, enjoying the soft ocean breeze. The rooftop terrace is a guest favorite, offering incredible sunset views and a serene space to relax and connect.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, a dish sponge,  dishwasher pods (Cascade pods), and laundry detergent (Tide pods). Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

• Beach Cruisers & Gear: We kindly ask that the five beach cruisers be stored in the garage when not in use to keep them in excellent condition.
