Guest access:

Guests have full access to The Emerald Olive, including the entire home, all indoor and outdoor living spaces, balconies, rooftop terrace, garage for gear storage, and private driveway.

• Parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway (garage not available for parking).

• Garage equipped with an organized gear wall featuring Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 beach wagons, boogie boards, sandcastle toys, pool toys & 5 belt-driven beach cruiser bikes.

• We kindly ask that bikes be stored inside the garage when not in use to keep them secure and in excellent condition.

• Located just 0.3 miles away, guests can safely cross Highway 98 using the new Inlet Beach Underpass — a bike- and pedestrian-friendly tunnel near The Donut Hole featuring colorful murals and sculptures for a safe, scenic walk or ride to Rosemary Beach and 30A.

We’ve provided detailed check-in instructions and a thoughtfully curated guest book to ensure you have everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay. While we respect your privacy, we’re responsive and always available via messaging or phone if you have any questions or need assistance during your visit. Your comfort and experience are our top priorities!

• Check-in is 4:00 PM; Check-out is 10:00 AM.
• Minimum stays vary by season: 4-night minimum during spring/summer; 3-night minimum during fall/winter.

• The home is 100% smoke-free inside and out.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The primary renter must be 25+ and stay onsite for the entire reservation.
• Maximum occupancy limits apply.
• Bikes must be stored in the garage when not in use.

• A starter set of essentials is provided (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh sponge, a couple dishwasher pods, and a few laundry detergent pods). Beach Guests may need additional supplies for extended stays.

• A Nespresso Vertuo machine is provided for your enjoyment. Nespresso pods are not included, so guests should plan to bring or purchase their favorite Vertuo pods. They are readily available at nearby Publix locations.

• We provide a generous selection of beach gear, including beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, plenty of sand toys and shovels, boogie boards, pool noodles, and inflatable floats. While Airbnb lists “Beach essentials” as an amenity, please note that beach towels are not provided. Guests should bring their own.

• The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Loud parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.

• Any damage that occurs during your stay will be the responsibility of the renters.

• The owners of The Emerald Olive cannot be held liable for any injury, accident, or damage to any persons or personal property arising from the use of bikes or any other amenities provided for guest use.
