Our kitchen is made for gathering — with a spacious island, Nespresso, Vitamix, Dutch oven, waffle maker, and Scanpans. Fully stocked with spices and top-tier cookware like All-Clad, it’s a space for cooking, connecting, and sharing real meals together.

Gather around the 9 ft. dining table for slow breakfasts, sunset dinners, or game nights. Just steps away, the balcony offers fresh air, salty breezes, and a quiet spot to sip, chat, or unwind.

Relax and recharge in the primary King suite, featuring a plush, hybrid Beautyrest Black King bed, blackout drapes, Sonos surround sound, and private balcony access. The ensuite bath offers double vanities, a spacious shower, and a NEW RAIN SHOWER upgrade (not shown in photos) — all designed to create a calming, spa-like retreat. (Blow dryer included)

Our second king suite blends luxury and comfort with a beautiful cane-style king bed featuring a plush hybrid luxury mattress, plantation shutters, and original artwork. Our queen suite combines luxury and coastal elegance with a high-end hybrid mattress, a beautifully crafted coastal Queen bed, and a striking Cypress root table. Soft tones, plantation shutters, and original artwork make this room feel like a serene, private retreat — complete with its own ensuite bath.

This custom-designed bunk room features four twin beds with 13” plush hybrid mattresses, cozy bedding, and crisp shiplap walls accented by original artwork. Each built-in bunk includes a brass reading light, a private nook with an outlet, and a view of the smart TV. Designed with both comfort and character, it’s a perfect retreat for kids, teens — and even adults.

Charming and coastal, the downstairs living room offers a relaxed space to unwind, complete with a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. With a casual lounge feel, a built-in mudroom bench, and additional storage nearby, it’s the ideal spot for hanging out after the beach, playing games, or giving guests their own comfortable corner of the home.

Even laundry feels easier here. This clean, thoughtfully stocked space includes a brand-new full-size LG washer and dryer, baskets, hampers, a steamer, de-piller, drying rack, iron, and ironing board — everything you need to freshen up after beach days or midweek resets. We also provide three Tide Pods to get you started.

Just off the dining room, a private office with a sliding pocket door offers a quiet space to work — complete with a window, printer, and ultra-fast Eero Wi-Fi 7 for strong, reliable coverage throughout the home. Steps away, the half bath sits between the kitchen and dining room, accented by original artwork and ideal for guest convenience throughout the day.

The crown jewel of the home — our fourth-floor terrace is a private rooftop paradise with sweeping Gulf views, salty breezes, and unforgettable sunsets. Lounge in style on a sprawling sectional or sunbathe in one of two stunning loungers. A large 9-foot teak dining table sets the stage for sunset dinners, and an 86” smart TV with outdoor sound brings the full experience to life. Whether you’re watching the game, reading a book, or simply soaking it all in — this is where memories are made.

Just a short walk from the house, Inlet Beach offers sugar-white sand, emerald water, and a quiet stretch of shoreline that feels like your own. With five public access points nearby — including South Walton’s largest — getting to the beach is always easy. Spend mornings collecting seashells (you might even spot an olive), afternoons in the sun, and evenings watching the sky fade from blue to blush. It’s peaceful, uncrowded, and everything a beach day should be.

We’ve stocked the garage with everything you need for beach days and 30A adventures. Five belt-driven beach cruisers are ready to roll, along with chairs, umbrellas, 2 beach wagons, sand castle toys, volleyball, footballs, frisbees, pool floats and more — all neatly organized on our custom gear wall. (Having five beach cruisers included saves you about $400 — no extra cost, no hassle.) You'll also find an extra refrigerator/freezer combo, a deep freezer for overflow/bagged ice, and an enclosed outdoor shower with privacy glass — perfect for rinsing off after the beach and keeping the sand outside where it belongs.

Whether you’re letting the kids play, enjoying an afternoon cocktail, or simply relaxing in the coastal breeze, the space is yours to enjoy. Out front, the home’s elegant exterior and custom landscaping set the tone the moment you arrive.

Need a break from the beach? The nearby community pool is just a short stroll away and offers a quiet place to cool off — complete with plenty of lounge chairs and even two private-use cabanas, a restroom, and an outdoor shower.  It’s the perfect spot to unwind, read a book, or let the kids splash while you relax in the shade.

You’re minutes from some of 30A’s best — boutique shops at 30Avenue, the always-delicious Shades Bar & Grill (hot tip: order online from the beach and pick it up!), and Market 30a, your go-to for fresh seafood, meats, or last-minute items just steps away. Don’t miss the iconic tunnel nearby, featuring stunning commissioned artwork by local artists — it’s a local favorite for a reason.
