Payment Schedule
25% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.

Rates & Fees Information
• Nightly Rates: Prices vary based on seasonality, holidays, and availability. Enter your dates to see the exact rate for your stay.
• Peak & Low Season Minimum Stay:
• Low Season: A 3-night minimum stay is required.
• Peak Season & Holidays: A 4-night minimum stay is required.
• Please refer to the availability calendar for exact requirements based on your selected dates.
• Cleaning Fee: A $600 cleaning fee applies to every reservation.
• Taxes: A 7% Florida State Sales Tax + 5% Walton County bed tax will be added at checkout. We keep our nightly rate competitive and pass taxes through separately - just like Airbnb or VRBO - so you're never overpaying.
• Deposit & Payments:
• Reservations made more than 60 days before check-in: A 25% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining 75% balance due 60 days before check-in.
• Reservations made within 60 days of check-in: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Security Deposit: No security deposit is required.
• Cancellation Policy:
• Full refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 30-59 days before check-in.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
